At Carhartt Reworked, we stand behind the durability of our gear and offer a 30-day return policy on all trade-in and refurbished items to ensure your satisfaction. All returned products must be in the same condition as received and include the original tags and proof of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring all previous shipping labels are removed or covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once we receive and inspect the gear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
